Ankogel Mallnitz

Although Ankogel – Mallnitz is not one of the biggest Austrian ski resorts, you will fall for its atmosphere, alpine views and accessible freeride zones. It is located in the embrace of the High Tauern National Park, about 30 km from the Mölltaler Gletscher resort. The winter season usually begins in the second half of December and ends in spring.

There are 2 cable cars and 3 ski lifts in the resort, 12.8 km of ski pistes, 50% of it with snowmaking systems. Iconic cable cars operate to the resort to the altitude of 2637m. The upper cable car station offers breathtaking views of the whole valley. Some ski lifts are ideal for kids and beginners.
