What do we offer?
Club membership allows you to enjoy a range of benefits within the Gopass system – from discounted season passes and ski passes to special accommodation rates in premium hotels.
Who can become a member?
Any individual or legal entity that owns investment shares in Gopass Property can become a member.
How does membership work?
Each member may nominate up to two people who will receive the benefits. The amount of the investment determines the membership level and the range of benefits provided.
How can I apply?
Fill in the application form and send it by email to klub@gopass.travel. Once your application is approved, you will receive your benefits and be assigned to the appropriate membership level.

Benefits for Gopass Investors Club members
Club members get exclusive benefits such as discounted ski passes, season passes and special hotel accommodation rates with the TMR group. Depending on the amount invested in Gopass Property, you are entitled to different membership levels, each offering a different range of benefits.

* 1 night per person costs 18 EUR. A cleaning fee of 55 EUR per stay and the local tax are not included and have to be paid at the hotel.

The Gopass Investors Club is a loyalty programme for investors in Gopass
Property SICAV a.s. Club members receive exclusive benefits such as discounted ski passes,
season passes and preferential rates on hotel accommodation within the TMR group. The club
is operated by GOPASS SE.
Any individual or legal entity who:
• owns investment shares in Gopass Property,
• agrees to the membership terms and conditions,
• agrees to the processing of personal data (applies to individuals),
• fills in and submits the application form.
Send your filled-in application form to klub@gopass.travel. The application must include:
• your identification details,
• the value of your investment,
• the Gopass card numbers of the two users who will receive the benefits (Main User and
Additional User),
• a document proving the amount of your investment.
Membership begins once your application is approved by GOPASS SE. You
will be informed.
Membership is valid from 1st November to 31st October of the following
year. If you are still an investor on 1st November, your membership will be renewed.
Yes, the application may be sent by email.
Attach any document confirming the stated amount to your application.
The type and number of benefits depend on the amount of your investment.
They may include discounts on:
• Gopass SKI Season Passes;
• Fast Passes;
• Fresh Track;
• water park tickets;
• summer cable car tickets;
• hotel stays for two people.
Each club member may designate up to two individuals to receive the
benefits. Neither of these people needs to be the investor or a club member. The member must
also nominate the Main User, who will receive the indivisible benefits (e.g. hotel stays).
Once your membership is approved, the benefits will be credited to the
Gopass accounts of both users – in the "Gopass vouchers" section. The Main User receives the
benefits that cannot be shared (e.g. hotel stay).
No. Users can be changed only on 1st November each year. The request must
be submitted between 1st and 15th October.
No. Benefits can only be used during the defined “Benefit Period” (1st
November – 31st October). Unused benefits will expire without compensation.
Yes, membership can be terminated:
• if you cease to be an investor;
• at your own request (by sending an email);
• if the terms are breached or if false information is provided.
Unused benefits will be forfeited. No compensation is provided.
Your membership level depends on the amount you have invested in Gopass
Property:
• up to 59,999 EUR;
• from 60,000 EUR to 124,999 EUR;
• from 125,000 EUR.
Holders of IA C class investment shares are assigned a fixed level with no option to change.
After increasing your investment, GOPASS SE may upgrade you to a higher
membership level. If the updated investment amount is not reported earlier, the change will
be applied by 1st November at the latest (the Relevant Date).
They are companies contractually involved in the Gopass system – usually
mountain resorts, hotels, water parks (e.g. Jasná, Špindlerův Mlýn). The list is available
at www.gopass.travel.
The benefits are listed in Annexe No. 2 of the membership terms or can
be provided by the Operator. You will be notified of any changes by email.
The Gopass card serves as an identifier within the Gopass system. Every user claiming
benefits must have an active Gopass account and a valid card.
Register at www.gopass.travel. You will receive either the plastic card version or the
electronic barcode.
Once allocated to your account, benefits are activated in the “My vouchers” section of your
Gopass account. The user applies them when purchasing a product.
They can be provided later by email to klub@gopass.travel.
The Operator will assign the benefits within 10 business days of receiving them.
Yes – for example, if the terms are breached or benefits are misused.
Benefits are exclusively intended for the designated users. If benefits are misused, your
membership may be terminated without compensation.
Yes. If a benefit cannot be provided (e.g. due to service closure), GOPASS SE will aim to
offer a suitable alternative.

advance (in high season) or 7 days in advance (in low season). The booking becomes binding
once confirmed by the business partner.
Bookings depend on availability. If the requested date cannot be confirmed, the business
partner will offer alternative options.
Yes. Legal entities can also become members if they meet the criteria.
Hotel stays are granted based on the membership level and can be used both in high and low
season. Each stay must be at least 2 nights long and must be booked 7 to 14 days in advance,
depending on the period.
The Main User is the person who receives indivisible benefits (e.g. stays). You designate
the Main User in the application form.
