Each Tatralandia or Bešeňová visit deducts a 1-day Aqua Ticket price in EUR from your Gopass SKI FLEXI Season Pass balance. If your season pass was purchased in another currency, the deducted amount will be converted using the following exchange rates: PLN – 4.20, CZK – 24.30.
While visiting the Tatralandia water park, you can also access ZOOKONTAKT free of charge (via the water park area only).
If you use up the full value of your season pass on water parks, no problem. You can still ski without limits all winter long.

* The 1-day ski pass price refers to the lowest available ski pass price for that particular day, which also includes night skiing.
** For each day of skiing, the lowest available 1-day ski pass price will be deducted from the value of your FLEXI Season Pass. Once the full value of your FLEXI pass has been used, you can ski free of charge for the remainder of the season. If you do not use the full value, the remaining balance will be refunded in the form of goX cashback.
*** The season pass is valid for cable cars in the following resorts: Jasná, Tatranská Lomnica, Štrbské Pleso, Starý Smokovec, Szczyrk (SON), Špindlerův Mlýn, Ještěd, Mölltaler Gletscher and Muttereralm Innsbruck. It cannot be used on the Lomnický štít cable car.
**** For each water park visit, the AQUA TICKET price applicable on that day will be deducted from the value of your FLEXI Season Pass. Once the full value has been used up, you can enjoy unlimited water park access and skiing at no extra cost for the rest of the season. If you do not use up the full value, the remaining balance will be refunded in the form of goX cashback.
Can I pay for season passes using goX?
You can also combine payment methods — pay a part using your accumulated goX balance and the remainder using another payment option. Add your selected season pass to the basket and choose “Pay with goX”.

Can I split the payment for a Gopass SKI Season Pass?
Yes. With the Gopass SKI Season Pass, you can split your payment into two instalments. If you pay the first part by 31st May 2026, the total price of your season pass will be lower than if you delay your purchase until summer. After paying the first part, you can start using your pass in summer and also during the final days of the ongoing ski season.

Better prices for existing season pass holders
Existing season pass holders are defined as customers who hold Gopass SKI Season Passes 2025/26, Gopass SKI Season Passes + FAST PASSES 2025/26, Gopass SKI FLEXI Season Passes 2025/26. These customers will find special discounted offers for the 2026/27 season in their Gopass vouchers sections. Each of them can choose whether to continue with a SKI Season Pass or a FLEXI Season Pass.
Gopass vouchersBy when must existing pass holders purchase their discounted season passes?
Gopass SKI Season Pass holders by 31st May 2026 and Gopass SKI FLEXI Season Pass holders by 31st July 2026. Why do FLEXI pass holders have more time? Because any unused FLEXI balance is transferred to goX at the turn of June/July, allowing customers to use the refunded goX towards purchasing their next season pass.
