- Unique evening rides by cable car to Mt Chopok that you will love.Plenty of children’s activities – mini disco, competitions and face painting to keep the little ones entertained while parents can relax and take in the breathtaking views from an altitude of 2,004 metres. Parents can enjoy the services of the Rotunda restaurant and watch their happy children.A cable car ticket purchased on the day of the event is also valid for the evening ride.
- Conditions:
- Cable cars will operate at 30-minute intervals from both sides of the mountain – north and south during this time. The last cable car leaves the top of Mt Chopok for the north and south at 9:00 pm.
- A cable car ticket purchased on the day of the event is also valid for the evening ride. Guests staying at TMR hotels and holders of a Gopass SKI season pass have the lift access included in their stay.
- The price includes a return ticket for pedestrians to Mt Chopok from either the northern or the southern side.
- It covers a return cable car journey along the route Biela Púť – Priehyba – Mt CHOPOK – Kosodrevina – Krupová and back via the same route.
- The ticket is valid only on the specific day for which it was purchased (15th July 2026, 29th July 2026, 19th July 2026 or 29th August 2026) between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
- The ticket is not valid for the whole day; it can be used exclusively from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the relevant day.
- The ticket is non-transferable and valid for one person only.
- The selected ticket on the chosen route can be used only once (one ride up and one ride down by cable car).
- The cable car ticket price does not include mountain insurance or Mountain Rescue Service assistance.
- During the special cable car opening times from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, it is strictly forbidden to leave the cable car station buildings and the Rotunda Restaurant or to move around in the surrounding terrain.
- Tickets can only be purchased online via the Gopass system at www.gopass.travel. To pass through the turnstile, the QR code from the purchase confirmation email must be used.
- The QR code from the purchase confirmation (either in paper or electronic form) has to be scanned.
- The plastic Gopass keycard cannot be used in this case.
- The programme in the Rotunda Restaurant is included in the ticket price.
