Details

  • Magical mountains, an entertainment program at the Rotunda and an experience of a lifetime! Animators with lots of activities to keep your kids entertained - Mr. FUNtastic entertainment show Saxana saxophone show (The programme in the Rotunda Restaurant is included in the ticket price).
  • The ticket is valid only on the specific day for which it was purchased (16th July 2025, 30th July 2025 or 20th August 2025) between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.Cable cars will operate at 30-minute intervals from both sides of the mountain – north and south during this time. The last cable car leaves the top of Mt Chopok for the north and south at 9:00 pm. The ticket is not valid for the whole day; it can be used exclusively from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the relevant day.
  • The price includes a return ticket for pedestrians to Mt Chopok from either the northern or the southern side. It covers a return cable car journey along the route Biela Púť/Záhradky – Priehyba – Mt CHOPOK – Kosodrevina – Krupová and back via the same route. The selected ticket on the chosen route can be used only once (one ride up and one ride down by cable car).
  • The ticket is non-transferable and valid for one person only. The cable car ticket price does not include mountain insurance or Mountain Rescue Service assistance. During the special cable car opening times from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm, it is strictly forbidden to leave the cable car station buildings and the Rotunda Restaurant or to move around in the surrounding terrain.
  • Tickets can only be purchased online via the Gopass system at www.gopass.travel. To pass through the turnstile, the QR code from the purchase confirmation email must be used. The QR code from the purchase confirmation (either in paper or electronic form) has to be scanned. The plastic Gopass keycard cannot be used in this case.
