Cancellation fee
Only selected products can be cancelled so if there is no cancellation option displayed next to a service or a product, it cannot be cancelled. Depending on the specific product, cancellation can be made on the day before it is valid or even on the day of use.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation is subject to a fee of 1 EUR / 30 CZK / 5 PLN (one day before validity until 23:59) or 5 EUR / 150 CZK / 25 PLN (on the day of validity until 11:59). The rest of the sum is credited to your Gopass account as goX credit. The product cannot be cancelled on the day of use after 12:00 noon.
