How to buy ski passes online
Registration
Open a Gopass account.
Select the resort
Click on the Jasná resort in Gopass.
Choose the date
Choose the ski pass that you want and enter the date when you come to the resort.
Payment
Select the payment method.
Gopass card
If you don’t have a Gopass card yet, pick it up at the resort information centre.
Go skiing

Cancellation fees
Only selected products can be cancelled so if the cancellation option is not displayed next to a product, it cannot be cancelled. Depending on the kind, some products can be cancelled one day before their date of use or on the date of use.
Cancellation terms
Cancellation costs 1 EUR/30 CZK/5 PLN (one day before the date of use until 11:59 pm) or 5 EUR/150 CZK/25 PLN (on the date of use until 11:59 am). The rest of the sum is added to the credit in your Gopass account. Products cannot be cancelled on the date of use after 12:00 noon.

NEW IN WINTER 2023/2024: Ski passes/cable car tickets can be used in Jasná or the High Tatras on the same day as water park tickets in Tatralandia or Bešeňová.
