Ski pass refund?
Have you bought a ski pass at a great price in advance, but life has other plans? No problem, cancelling regular ski passes is simple. At a fee of 1 EUR/30 CZK/5 PLN, your pass can be cancelled until 11:59 pm the day before it becomes valid. Or at 5 EUR/150 CZK/25 PLN until 11:59 am on the day of validity. The credit for the cancelled ski pass will be added to your Gopass account in the form of goX credit. Ski passes cannot be cancelled after 12:00 pm on the day of use. You can cancel your ski pass in your Gopass account under the Active Orders section.
