Need to cancel your ski pass?

Bought a ski pass at a great price in advance but plans changed? No problem — cancelling a standard ski pass is easy. For a fee of €1/30 CZK/5 PLN you can cancel it the day before it is valid up until 23:59, or for €5/150 CZK/25 PLN on the day of validity up until 11:59. The cancellation credit will be added to your Gopass account as goX credit. Ski passes can no longer be cancelled on the day of use after 12:00.
