Frequently asked questions

You can prove your identity at events with the ticket that will be sent to you by email after your purchase. You can print it out or download it to your phone. 
Your purchased event ticket will be sent to your registered email address immediately after the purchase.
Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled. You can transfer your ticket to another person. 
In case an event is cancelled by the organiser, the price will be refunded to you in the way that you used to pay for your ticket (example: event paid by a credit card - refunded to the credit card).
