Have you purchased your cable car tickets in advance at a great price, but your plans have changed? No worries — cancelling unused cable car tickets is simple. For a fee of 1 EUR / 30 CZK / 5 PLN, tickets can be cancelled up to 11:59 pm on the day before validity. For a fee of 5 EUR / 150 CZK / 25 PLN, tickets can be cancelled on the day of validity until 11:59 am. The cancellation value will be credited to your Gopass account as goX credit. Cable car tickets can no longer be cancelled after 12:00 pm on the day of use.
