The cashback will be credited one week after the product has been used. You can spend it on your next tickets, on products on the Gopass website or in selected resort restaurants.

The 5€ extra goX cashback applies to the purchase of summer cable car tickets for pedestrians at the resorts of Vysoké Tatry and Jasná, as well as of Tatralandia and Bešeňová water park tickets. The purchased products must be used between 14th July 2025 and 30th September 2025 (including). However, the purchase must be made until 15th August 2025.
To receive the cashback, payment must be made using the Click to Pay method and a Mastercard issued by one of the following banks: in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. The payment must cover the full value of the order. Combined payments or payments made using Gopass goX cashback are not accepted.
The 5€ goX cashback will be credited to the Gopass customer account within seven days of using the purchased product. In addition to this bonus, the customer is also entitled to standard Gopass cashback of 1.5% to 5% based on their loyalty level. This will be credited one day after the service is used.
The offer does not apply to other products and services in resorts, such as parking, experiential dinner or other additional services. The offer is valid until 15th August 2025 or until the allocated budget is exhausted. The organiser reserves the right to amend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
The 5€ goX cashback will be credited to your Gopass account within one week after using the purchased product (cable car or water park ticket). You can use this bonus cashback to purchase other products and services of Gopass programme partners. In addition to this bonus, you will also receive the standard Gopass goX cashback of 1.5% to 5% based on your customer loyalty level. This will be credited automatically one day after using the service.
