Customers will receive an extra €8 goX cashback for purchasing ski pass products (products that include a ski pass) at the Vysoké Tatry and Jasná resorts. Customers will receive an extra CZK 200 goX cashback for purchasing ski pass products at the Špindlerův Mlýn and Ještěd resorts. To receive the cashback, you must pay using the Click to Pay payment method and a Mastercard card issued in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. The payment must cover the full order amount. Split payments and payments made with Gopass goX cashback are not accepted. The €8 / CZK 200 goX cashback will be credited to your Gopass account within 7 days after the purchased product has been used. In addition to this bonus, the customer is also entitled to the standard Gopass cashback of 1.5% to 5%, depending on their loyalty tier, which will be credited the day after the service is used. The offer does not apply to other products and services at the resorts, such as parking, a ride in a snow groomer, or other add-on activities. The promotion is valid for orders with a minimum value of €8 or CZK 200 from 30 October 2025 until the budget is exhausted. The organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

The goX cashback of €8 / CZK 200 will be credited to your Gopass account within one week after you use the purchased ski pass product. You can use this bonus cashback to buy additional products and services from partner merchants participating in the Gopass programme. In addition to this bonus, you will also receive the standard Gopass goX cashback of 1.5% to 5%, depending on your customer tier, which will be credited automatically the day after the service is used. Cashback is always credited in the currency in which the product was purchased. Customers from the Czech Republic will therefore receive a bonus of CZK 200, and customers from Slovakia €8. You can use 200 Kč of cashback at our resorts in the Czech Republic, and 8 € of cashback at our resorts in Austria and Slovakia. Cashback cannot be converted into other currencies.

Mastercard Click to Pay enables easy and secure payments, as all your Mastercard card details are safely stored in one place. You don’t need to enter your details for every payment, which speeds up the whole process.

You can register for Click to Pay directly at checkout in our online shop. When you use Click to Pay for the first time, you’ll create a profile on the payment gateway and save your Mastercard to it. Once your profile is set up, you can pay quickly and securely without repeatedly entering your details. The second option is to activate Mastercard Click to Pay in your bank’s online banking. This option is available for Mastercard cards issued in the Czech Republic (Air Bank, ČSOB, Fio banka, Raiffeisenbank) and in Slovakia (Fio banka, 365.bank).
