Gopass credit

The credit in your Gopass account is not time-limited and can be used to purchase other products in our online shop on www.gopass.travel, or to pay in selected gastronomy facilities.
Most clients have credit in their Gopass accounts after cancelling their purchases. Credit can be purchased also via the Gopass account by clicking on “Buy credit” in the Credit section.
Credit topped up in EUR can be used only to buy products in Slovak and Austrian resorts. Credit topped up in CZK can be used only to buy products in Czech resorts. Credit topped up in PLN can be used only to buy products in Polish resorts.
Yes, credit can be used to pay also in selected gastronomy facilities. Before paying, the offline payment option has to be activated in your Gopass account. By allowing offline payment, credit payment is activated for your Gopass card for 30 minutes.
If your credit cannot cover the whole purchase price, it can still be used as a payment method. The remaining amount can be paid by card.
Credit can be given to another person via your Gopass account. Enter the amount into the Credit section (in the EUR/CZK/PLN currency depending on which currency shall the recipient receive). Then click on “Buy credit for someone else”. When paying, enter the email address of the recipient so that they can receive a special code to use the gifted credit in their Gopass account.
The amount of your credit can be checked in your Gopass account, in the Credit section of your personal zone. The credit can be topped up there with any amount for yourself, purchased for another person or topped up with a code received from another person. Please note that credit topped up in EUR can be used only to buy products of Slovak and Austrian resorts. Credit topped up in CZK can be used only to buy products of Czech resorts. Credit topped up in PLN can be used only to buy products of Polish resorts. Credit is not the same for all resorts.
The Gopass credit can be used for online purchases and the following ski resorts: in Slovakia – Jasná, Tatranská Lomnica, Starý Smokovec, Tatralandia/Zookontakt, Bešeňová, Štrbské Pleso; in the Czech Republic – Špindlerův Mlýn, Ještěd, Monínec, Golf resorts – Ostravice, Kaskáda, Olomouc, Kunetická hora; in Poland – Szczyrk and Legendia; in Austria - Mölltaler Gletscher, Ankogel Mallnitz and Muttereralm Innsbruck. I.e. it’s resorts operated by Tatry Mountain Resorts, a. s., EUROCOM Investment, s.r.o., Štrbské Pleso resort, s. r. o., MELIDA, a.s., Tatry mountain resorts CR, a.s., TMR Ještěd, a.s., Monínec s.r.o., Śląskie Wesołe Miasteczko Sp.z.o.o, Szczyrkowski Ośrodek Narciarski S. A., Mölltaler Gletscherbahnen Gesellschaft mbH & Co KG and Muttereralm Bergbahnen Errichtungs GmbH.
