The goX credit in your Gopass account has no expiration date and can be used for your next purchase in the www.gopass.travel online shop or to pay in selected restaurants.

Most clients receive goX credit after cancelling a purchase. The credit can also be purchased directly through your Gopass account by selecting Buy Credit in the GoX Wallet tab.

The goX credit in Euros can only be used for purchasing products in Slovak and Austrian resorts, while goX credit in Czech crowns can only be used in Czech resorts, and goX credit in Polish zlotys in Polish resorts.

Yes, you can pay with goX credit in selected restaurants. Before payment, activate offline payments in your Gopass account under the GoX Wallet tab. Offline payments will activate your Gopass card for credit use for 4 hours.

If your credit cannot cover the whole purchase price, it can still be used as a payment method. The remaining amount can be paid by card.

Your goX credit can be gifted to another person through your Gopass account. In the GoX Wallet tab, enter the amount the recipient should receive in €, Kč or Zł. Then select the Buy goX Credit for Someone Else option. Enter the recipient's email address, and they will receive a code to redeem the gifted credit in their Gopass account.

Your goX credit balance can be checked in the GoX Wallet tab of your Gopass account in the personal zone. You can also top up your goX credit, buy credit for another person, or redeem a code you received from someone else. Please note that goX credit in Euros can only be used for products in Slovak and Austrian resorts, while credit in Czech crowns can only be used in Czech resorts and credit in Polish zlotys in Polish resorts.
