Active services and shopping history

Receipts and invoices can be found in your profile in “My orders”/”Order history” section by clicking on the “Detail” button. Receipts and invoices are also a part of the email confirmation that is sent to your email address after a successful purchase.
If you are unable to trace your purchase, first of all, please make sure that it has been carried out properly all the way – in this case, you received a confirmation email and funds have been withdrawn from your account. If this is the case, please make sure you are looking for the correct date of purchase. If all data is correct and you are still unable to find your purchase, please contact us by email at
The credit balance in your account can be checked in the “My orders”/”Credit” section. Topping up the credit by any value, purchasing credit vouchers for another person or topping up your credit by using a voucher can be also done here. Please note that credit topped up in EUR can be used only to buy products of Slovak, Austrian and Italian resorts. Credit topped up in CZ can be used only to buy products of Czech resorts. Credit topped up in PL can be used only to buy products of Polish resorts. Credit is not the same for all resorts.
Yes, your point earnings and usage can be checked in your profile in the “My orders”/”Point transactions history” section.
