Active services and shopping history

Receipts and invoices can be found in your profile in “My orders”/”Order history” section by clicking on the “Detail” button. Receipts and invoices are also a part of the email confirmation that is sent to your email address after a successful purchase.
If you are unable to trace your purchase, first of all, please make sure that it has been carried out properly all the way – in this case, you received a confirmation email and funds have been withdrawn from your account. If this is the case, please make sure you are looking for the correct date of purchase. If all data is correct and you are still unable to find your purchase, please contact us by email at
As our partners buy products by registering in the Gopass programme by themselves, the orders are not displayed in your Gopass account. For more information, please contact your accommodation establishment. If you want to check if the service has been loaded correctly, please call the Gopass helpline.
Yes, your point earnings and usage can be checked in your profile in the “My orders”/”Point transactions history” section.
