In selected resorts, tickets can be purchased at better prices by registered Gopass users at kiosks located near ticket offices. But online shopping on www.gopass.travel or in the Gopass app always guarantees the best prices.

If there is a resort map available, you’ll find it on every resort website on Gopass in the second level of the top navigation bar once you select the respective resort. Resort maps are at your disposal also in the Gopass app if you select the respective resort.

All facilities where Gopass can be used within a resort are marked with the Gopass logo. Specific discount information is displayed on price lists, menus or is provided by the staff. To use discounts, it is necessary to meet specific conditions (e.g. a sufficient number of points in an account) and to present a Gopass card.

If you have bought a product online and had a Gopass keycard added to your account, you can walk straight to the cable car turnstile (QR codes sent in purchase confirmation emails are required to use tourist cable car tickets in Slovak mountain resorts). If you don’t have a Gopass card, but it is required to use the purchased product (ski passes, tourist cable car tickets in Czech, Slovak and Austrian resorts), please visit the Client centre or the ticket office in the respective resort.

If you are on the way to a water park and have forgotten your Gopass card, download your digital card in your profile in the “Gopass cards” section and show it when entering the park or use your shopping confirmation that was sent to your email after having paid for your ticket. In ski resorts, Gopass keycards are required to pass turnstiles. But if you have forgotten yours, have a substitute keycard issued at a ticket office at EUR 5 / PLN 25 / CZK 150 (EUR 2 / PLN 10 / CZK 50 for the card and EUR 3 / PLN 15 / CZK 100 for loading the ski pass/ticket again). If you have bought a tourist cable car ticket valid in Slovak mountain resorts, you can pass the turnstiles with the QR code that you received by email after having paid.

It depends on the specific purchased product. One-way tickets are also offered at great prices so it is important to carefully read product descriptions to avoid making a mistake while shopping.
