Gopass account

Register easily and fast via our website (link -, the Gopass Travel mobile app or at Gopass self-service tickets machines, which are located in resorts.
After logging in to a Gopass account, another member can be added by filling their basic details (name, surname and date of birth) to a form found in the “Gopass cards” section/ “My family”. The maximum number of members for one family is 10.
A member can be separated in the “Gopass cards” section/”My family” by clicking on the “Option” button underneath their name and choosing the “Separate the member” option (the email address of the separated member is required). Similarly, it is possible to merge existing members under the condition that the member requesting to join another family has no other subordinate members in their account.
The phone number, the address and the country of origin can be changed, as well as the language and password settings in the “Settings” section. To change a surname or an email address, please send an email request to our Contact Centre at
To subscribe to receive our offers and newsletters, choose the option in the “Settings” section. This option is also available as a part of the registration form when registering with Gopass. Our offers are great, so don’t miss them ;)
The password can be changed in the “Settings” section in your profile. In case you have forgotten your password, click on the text “Forgot your password?” and enter your email address before logging in to your Gopass account. An email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to your email.
Yes, students/ pensioners and disabled have their own discounted categories. Members are entitled to claim discounted prices by entering their ISIC/ITIC/EURO<26 number in the Gopass card section next to the relevant person. Claiming discounts due to disability (disabled with cards) is assessed based on a customer’s request sent to the email address

Photos are used for identification in our resorts and are required only for purchases with longer/ reoccurring validity (e.g. Smart Season Pass). We suggest updating a photo in your Gopass account, especially prior to a Smart Season Pass purchase. In case of choosing a wrong file while uploading your photo for the first time, please contact us at with a request to change it.
